Web Design Prices
All sites include complete customized design, incorporating your logo, color scheme, pictures and layout - in other words a complete customized and functional website. Links, pages and metatags are also configured. For CMS, Blogs and eCommerce sites, 1 hour of training is included in the price.
$150+ Static Content Web Sites
By far, the most common type of website. Static Content Sites can be one page up to hundreds. The main difference is that there is no where you can go to update the site yourself. It's all done by your in-house designer or a free-lance webdesigner like myself.
Depending on how many pages and how complex the site determines the cost. A good way to estimate a static site is from the initial $150 for a one-page site, add $99 per page for each additional page. For an example, I've designed LOTS of medium business websites and usually they run around 3-5 pages which would cost between $450-$650.
$899 - Content Management Sites (CMS)
The nice thing about CMS sites is that they can be updated as often as you like. You have the ability to add, edit and delete pages anytime, and the number of pages you can have is unlimited.
The initial design fee includes:
- Full, complete design, links, text, pictures and adding up to 5 pages for you.
- One hour training to teach you how to update the site yourself
- I'm on call whenever you need to go over anything.

What's a blog - its simply a very interactive site that one or more people write articles and let people comment about. Usually it's updated daily, sometimes several times a day. Blogs can be used for personal insights and thoughts, or become very professional and targeted to make money.
